INGREDIENTS :
Skimmed Milk Powder
Com Starch Powder
Wheat Flour
Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil
Sodium Bicarbonate
Chenna Powder
WAY TO PREPARE RASGULLA BALL:
• Place 1Kg Chenna mix powder in a plane base vassal and mix water and milk slowly.
• Beat the mixture well through your hands.
• If you find it dry, add 1 cup of water to it.
• Keep the mixed batter aside for minutes.
• Collect the mixture with the help ladle.
• Apply oil to your palm, knead the mixture and make dough of it.
• Make small balls of the dough.
• Prepare sugar syrup, pour sugar balls into it for two minutes, and then take them out from the sugar syrup.
• Pour 200 ml of water into a wok and mix it with sugar syrup.
• Pour the balls again into the sugar syrup for 10-12 minutes and take the wok down from the gas flame.
WAY TO PREPARE SUGAR SYRUP:
• Mix Kg of sugar into L of water and boil it on the gas flame for 10 minutes.
• To clean sugar syrup, pour 100 ml milk so that when impurities come up of the milk, we can easily take them out with the help of a ladle.
• From the prepared sugar syrup, take ml sugar syrup in a separate vassal and mix 1liter of water into it.
• Now place cooked rasgulla into it

SUGAR SYRUP FOAM RECIPE:
• Mix areetha into 200ml of boiled water. When you pour the sugar syrup into mixed water slowly-slowly, the foam will automatically come into the mixture.
• Make the sugar syrup in a big vassal or big wok, and when the syrup starts foaming, only pour the balls into it.
• The sugar syrup should not be more concentrated; if it becomes concentrated, then add lukewarm water to it.
• To prepare the mixture, use a flat base vassal.
• Prepare the balls with light hands.
• Cool down the rasgulla before serving.
